Students OUTSIDE UB
To students who are APPLYING to the PhD program in CSE at UB to work in machine learning
If your research interests include machine learning, artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, approximate algorithms, or Bayesian reasoning, and you would like to work with me, please indicate this clearly in your application to the CSE department on the Area Selection form.
*All applications are handled by the Graduate Admissions Committee of the Computer Science Department, and I am unfortunately unable to respond on an individual basis (e.g. email) to any inquiries you might have, since I receive so many of them. But, if your application has merit and you have indicated my name, rest assured that I will certainly see it.
Good luck in your applications! I look forward to working with you.
