Shyam (secretary): lates and absences, keep track of minutes before and after rehearsal
Late policy = after 2 minutes before start of practice
Exec meeting absence = missing a rehearsal
Absence: 4-5 excused absence, 3 tardies = unexcused absences, 2 unexcused
Set sectional meeting time and executive meeting time
Some sort of punishment for misrepresenting our group (problems with Arthi)

Tulsi: let her know that she is on some sort of probation

Announcements: do warm ups before announcements
Nano: make sure announcements do not go on forever and do not become discussions
Set-lists that Sharanya gives are FINAL, if you have a problem talk to Sharanya (call her)
Curb and control Anoop and Nav
Back-up soloists should practice in rehearsal
Solo auditions: be fucking prepared (with lyrics), keep discussion to minimum (one person gets 20 seconds)
Auditions for an alto and a bass
	For the alto: need someone who picks up music fast and can read music (Jessica?)
For arrangements have them tailored to our group and specific soloists
Choreo should be introduced during the learning process of the arrangement
Incorporate dynamics right away as soon as you learn the song (also work on blending)
Arrangements: incorporate more block chords
For rehearsals we should not treat them like performances: stop in the middle of singing
Quartets for knowing music is a good idea

GOAL for the semester?
Nano (VP): Propagate Sharanya's actions and decisions, take over warm-ups, mentally prepare myself
	Need to be an authoritative figure, keep Sharanya sane
For the voting process, it needs to stay private and needs to stay in the room
The political, social, gossipy bullshit needs to stop: NANO, STAY OUT OF IT!
Keep Shyam and Nav away from each other as much as possible
