Pre-release info about Babylon 5 Season 4 trading cards

The promo card has been released though. Here is a scan of it (courtesy of Steve Francisco).
It lists the following:

• 81 cards in the base set. (Featuring: synopses of the 22 season four episodes, bios of key heroes, aliens and guest characters, and an in-depth look at John Sheridan.)
• 81 Minbari, Centauri, Narn and Vorlon Language Parallel cards (1:1)
• 12 Season One Restrospective cards (1:4)
• 9 Starfury Art cards (1:8)
• 6 Fleet of the First Ones cards (1:6)
• 6 SkyMotion Space Action cards (1:90)
• 3 "Babylon 5: In the Beginning" TNT Network movie cards (1:36)
• 7 Autographed cards [Richard Biggs, Jeff Conaway, Stephen Furst, Peter Jurasik, Andreas Katsulas, Bill Mumy, Patricia Tallman] (1:180)

However, according to the people pre-selling the boxes (and thus presumably listed on the information they received from Fleer), the chase cards actually are:

• 9 Starfury Art cards (1:8)
• 6 Fleet of the First Ones cards (1:12)
• 4 Skymotion Space Action cards (1:90)
• 2 "Babylon 5: In the Begining" TNT Movie cards (1:36)
