Subject: SNePS TUTORIAL

I've been asked exactly how to write the report that accompanies the
SNePS Tutorial programming project. No matter what I may have said
before, I now think that it is NOT necessary for you to write such a
report.

Those of you doing the SNePS Tutorial only need to turn in Programming
Project 1; you do NOT need to write a report describing SNePS. However,
your Project 1 should be sufficiently annotated so that a reader will
know what you're doing.
