Dr. Shamsad Parvin is a faculty member in the
Computer Science and Engineering department at SUNY Buffalo (UB). Before joining UB, she worked as an Assistant professor at SUNY Morrisville. She also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the New Mexico University (NMSU) and the University of New Mexico (UNM), USA. She received her Ph.D. degree from the University of Electro-communication Tokyo, Japan.
Her current research interests are distributed networks, wireless communications, software-defined radio, Data Science, and Machine learning.
