At the start of each session, all users are presented with a tabbed dialog box that asks them to state upfront the commands and applications they will be using. The Role Specification Module helps the system administrator define the choices that different users will have.

•  Input: The Jobs database in a XML format. (two files named job_metaop.xml and metaop_op.xml should be present in the same directory)
•  Output: An XML file that Specifies the applications that a user will choose to execute at the start of his or her session.
