command xsh_led	(	ushort	stdin,
		ushort	stdout,
		ushort	stderr,
		ushort	nargs,
		char *	args[]
	)

Shell command (led DESCRIPTOR STATE) turns a specified led on or off.

Parameters:

	stdin	descriptor of input device
	stdout	descriptor of output device
	stderr	descriptor of error device
	nargs	number of arguments in args array
	args	array of arguments

Returns:

OK for success, SYSERR for syntax error
