Overview

This undergraduate course concentrates on the discussion of emerging Internet of Things (IoT) and cyber-security, technologies and applications. This is a project-based undergraduate course to train students how to conduct research in the undergraduate/graduate level. A few lectures will be offered to review a set of emerging IoT techniques. After that, this course will be in the form of group discussion and weekly meeting about the project progress.

If you are interested in Embedded Systems, Internet of Things and CyberSecurity, this course is highly recommended.

Course Credits

You can take this course for 3 credits. Everyone needs to participate one research project. Each team expects to write a research paper in the end of the course.

Note: Each project needs 2-3 members. Projects are innovative and clearly-defined, and expect to have publications in the end. If you are looking for research opportunities in IoT and cyber-security, please this course is highly recommended.
