Please note that the due dates above are for non-authors. Authors' registration deadline is Apr 27, 2009. Each paper must have at least one full registration.

¹ The registration fee will cover a hard copy of the proceedings; reception (hors d'oeuvre) on Sunday July 12 night; breakfast, breaks and lunch on Monday, July 13; breakfast, breaks and dinner on Tuesday, July 14; breakfast and breaks on Wednesday, July 15.

²Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received on or before June 30, 2009 are fully refundable less a processing fee of 10% of the amount paid. There will be no refunds after June 30, 2009. All cancellation requests must be in writing via email to cocoon2009 [at] cse [dot] buffalo [dot] edu.

³Each accepted paper must come with one full registration. One full registration can "cover" at most 3 papers. Any non-student attendee must pay the full registration.

⁴Registration fees for student attendees (except for the one full registration per paper rule above). Post docs are not considered as students.
