Current members of the SCoRe Group.

PI:

  • Jaroslaw Zola – the group is lead by Dr. Jaroslaw 'Jaric' Zola, who has over ten years of professional experience developing algorithms and methods for solving compute-intensive and data-driven problems in life sciences and engineering.

Ph.D. students:

  • Subhadeep Karan – Subhadeep is working on parallel and distributed ML methods in the context of biomedical data.
  • Frank Schoeneman – Frank is working on methods to analyze large and high-dimensional data emerging in scientific computing.
  • Vicky Zheng – Vicky is working on computational methods for synthetic peptide vaccines design.
