IBM Sponsored Electronic Test Design Automation Lab

Originally opened in May, 1999, the facility now includes 3 IBM RS6000 PowerServers, 14 RISC PowerPC Clients, and several IBM Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools including LogicBench, CircuitBench, and TestBench EDA applications. The increased capability provides hands-on access to VLSI design and test applications to over 150 university students and faculty for VLSI related course work and research activities. This lab is located in Furnas 210 and has been recently upgraded.
